Not been around for a bit as i have been ill and am waiting for an operation for Oesophegal Cancer which has been cancelled THREE times due to there being no beds available in the ICU at the Ulster Hospital Belfast.
Where are the 44 additional ICU beds they were to put in place? or is this all talk from our Health Minister.
